I have over a decade of experience across NHS and private practice, and a passion for working with people with eating disorders and autism.
I offer psychological therapy for children and adults experiencing eating difficulties / disorders, drawing on evidence-based approaches. I work in a compassionate, motivational way, meeting you where you are, and building a collaborative relationship that makes it possible to explore what's keeping the eating disorder going.
I have a particular interest in supporting people where eating disorders and autism co-occur, and in recognising the different ways this overlap can show up. Understanding both parts of someone's experience shapes how I approach assessment and therapy.
I also offer support if you are autistic and would like to improve your overall wellbeing, or you are struggling with your mental health. I can provide post-diagnosis support if you would like to explore your previous experiences using a neuroaffirming lens.
